Pre-Sale Valuation

A pre-sale valuation is intended to provide informed advice to a seller prior to the marketing of the property. It gives an indication as to the market value of the property and will identify any defects or major problems which may cause an issue when selling.

Atholls can also provide advice on what the asking price for the property should be, what it is likely to sell for and give suggestions as to how to improve salability.
